ITSPEC (NETWORK)

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have the following experiences: Data processing functions Configuring and Troubleshooting network routers and switches Applying general management principles Automating work processes Using computers Operating computer programs and systems Quality Assurance Experience Identification of unsatisfactory trends and conditions Experience in the preparation of technical reports on quality levels to identify specific problem areas and to recommend corrective action SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months of the following experiences: Applying computer application techniques Configuring, installing, monitoring and troubleshooting local area network (LAN) equipment to include routers, switches and servers. Planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish an assignment Coordinating with others outside the organizational unit Developing project controls Adapting guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment Preparing documentation on costbenefit studies Summarizing and organizing material and organizing Experience involving principles, techniques and accepted practices of quality assurance work Briefing Squadron CommanderDirector of Operations, and WingACC inspectors on the units Quality Management Program
