Position: SeniorLead Java Developer Phoenix, AZ Charlotte Raleigh North Carolina Texas Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SeniorLead Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring, microservices, and containerized application development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications deployed on modern cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and continuous integration using GIT and CICD pipelines. Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across distributed systems. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation. Required Skills and Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience in JavaJ2EE Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud). Solid experience with microservices and RESTful API Proficiency in containerization and deployment using OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes. Experience with GIT, MavenGradle, and Jenkins or other CICD tools. Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and DevOps principles. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
