Command Technical Advisor Control Communications and Computer C4 Systems

Eligibility will be based upon a clear showing the applicant has training, education, and experience of the scope and quality sufficient to effectively carry-out the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have one year (1) specialized experience at the next lower grade (GS-14GG-14Pay Band 45) or equivalent or specialized experience obtained in the private sector related to the duties of this SL position. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that satisfy the technical qualifications.TQ1. The applicant must be able to demonstrate considerable knowledge of scientific methodologies needed to assess technical and mission gaps and define detailed digital capability requirements to support the execution of the USSPACECOM UCP. The applicant should demonstrate sufficient understanding of space-related systems and data centric capabilities to develop methods to define capability gaps and requirements for validation with the Joint Staff, assess the effectiveness of assigned USSPACECOM mission areas, and advocate for capabilities with other Combatant Commands.TQ2. The applicant must reflect an in-depth knowledge of and experience with data centric- information technologies and command, control, communications, computers (C4) systems within the Combatant Command, Services, Agencies, andor Department.
