Our tech stack: Support, Matlab, Python, VBA Rquirements: - A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; a graduate degree is preferred. - At least 8 years of relevant experience based on education. - Proficiency in CFD software such as Fluent, OpenFoam, xFlow, PowerFlow, with a preference for StarCCM. - Competence in programming languages including Matlab, Python, and Excel VBA. - Expertise in creating new CFD modelsmethods and conducting verification and validation. - Ability to simplify complex concepts for clearer understanding. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Your responsibilities are: - Lead and provide technical direction for teams or projects in the development and validation of new CFD methods, focusing on specification setting and product verification. - Develop and assess metrics for modeling and analysis quality. - Assist in planning the technical direction for CFD method development. - Collaborate with principal test and design engineers to ensure CFD models meet accuracy targets. - Work with other principal engineers to confirm that CFD methods align with development project requirements. - Document the registration of CFD models as verified tools for specification setting and product validation.
