TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications. TQ 1. A nationally recognized, world-class scientist or engineer with expert knowledge of combat control systems including sensors, signal processing, weapon system design and supporting technologies with specialty in control system theory and deterministic control for large scale integrated systems. TQ 2. Incumbent must have demonstrated the ability to formulate and guide a technology based, systematic attack on large, complex problems containing technical and operational issues. Incumbent must be particularly able to successfully integrate the technologies of many and varied disciplines, groups and subsystems at the overall system and system-of-systems level.
