Minimum Qualifications Work Experience that includes: Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services. Installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software components Providing formal and informal training and assistance to customers Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests Qualifying education is graduate education in one of the following fields of study: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, or technology management, or has provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. Highly Qualifying Criteria: Possess a CompTIA Security or Higher Certification. Applicants who meet both the minimum qualifications and highly qualified criteria will be referred to the selecting official for consideration first.
