Strong science and technology background and competence in combat systems research, development, test and evaluation (RDTE) acquisition policy and project management execution in the development and consistent application of criteria, analysis tools, techniques, and data sets accepted throughout the engineering community. TQ2. Knowledge of Warfare Centers, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) affiliated Program Executive Officers, and the Fleet relative to the Divisions organization, mission, technical authority roles and responsibilities, and inter-relationships.
