We are seeking a Python Developer Support Engineer for a hybrid role supporting an innovative GenAI platform used by 5,000 internal users. This role blends hands-on development, advanced troubleshooting, and user-facing support within a complex AWS environment. If you enjoy solving challenging problems, digging through logs, and working closely with users while also contributing to test automation and tactical developmentthis role is for you. About the Role You will serve as the bridge between our GenAI platform and its user baseproviding second-level technical support, investigating issues across logs and cloud services, implementing bug fixes, and improving automated testing. The work is a mix of proactive support engineering and reactive issue resolution.
