Job Description
Specialized Experience is defined as experience that has equipped you with the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): 1. Executive-Level Product Management: Demonstrated experience in product management for large-scale IT programs (100Myear), including developing and managing multi-year product roadmaps, backlogs, and value streams in an agile environment. 2. Agile Leadership and Supervision: Skill in supervising senior civilian employees or military personnel, including mentoring, performance management, and applying servant-leadership principles to remove blockers and foster a culture of delegated authority. 3. Senior-Level Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate, negotiate, and present complex technical and programmatic information to senior executive leaders (e.g., General Officers, Flag Officers, or Senior Executive Service) to align diverse stakeholder groups. 4. DoD Business and Financial Acumen: Knowledge of DoDDON business operations, including financial management (spend plans), cost estimation, and acquisition processes (e.g., Software Acquisition Pathway, FARnon-FAR vehicles). 5. Scaled Agile Expertise: Expertise in scaling agile methodologies (such as SAFe), including managing a team of teams and coordinating with technical (Architect) and process (Engineer) counterparts to deliver value. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing defense technology trends andor naval operational needs to inform solution development and ensure strategic advantage to meet stakeholder and user needs. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
