Position Description: Were looking for a seasoned Python Engineer to help shape enterprise-grade applications in a regulated environment, experienced working with senior stakeholders to design and deliver secure, high-performance solutions using modern architecture patterns and cloud-native technologies. This position is based in our Merrimack, NH; Boston, MA; or Westlake, TX client offices; in a HYBRID Model. Your future duties and responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python-based applications and services. Enhance application with performance tuning, and advanced language features. Implement role-based access control, audit logging, and usage tracking. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on platform capabilities. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security in a regulated environment. Contribute to CICD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices. Work and collaborate with senior business, architecture and engineering stakeholders Required qualifications to be successful in this role: At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in financial services or enterprise platforms. Strong proficiency in Python to develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python-based applications and services. Write clean, idiomatic, and well-documented Python code following PEP8 and enterprise coding standards. 3 years of experience in data science workflows and tools (e.g., Jupiter, MLflow, Airflow). 2 years of Hands-on experience working with large scale application SOA, microservices, distributed compute, containers, and use of the cloud. Strong understanding of Python internals, performance tuning, and advanced language features. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless computing. Strong Proficiency in Flask, Pandas, andor Django. Good experience with SQL required. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
